We recommend waiting a minimum 7 days for the coffee to degas after roast for proper extraction. For the best taste, enjoy the coffee within the first three weeks of purchase.

We generally try to ship our products within 1-2 days after the order has been received.

As a starting point we recommend a 1:2 coffee to water ratio. With a brewing time of 28-32 seconds.

Filter Recipe

We recommend a 1:16 to 1:17 coffee to water ratio, with medium grind setting.
